Upload ID function.

In the “Interview” tab, candidates may upload their IDs in the system.

Display End client name on Job card

Display the End Client name above the Location on the Job Cards.

Add option to delete End Client/Contact Person (for Admin users only)

Option added to delete End Client/Contact Person (for Admin users only). An End Client can only be deleted if all contact persons/jobs/candidates belonging to it are deleted. A contact person can only be deleted if they are not assigned to any jobs.

When changing candidate state (Approved, Rejected, etc.) allow user to add comments

When user clicks icon to change state, pop up a comment box where they can type in a reason/comment. Save the typed in comment in the Comments box of the Communication hub.

New activity-based reporting

These reports should be listed/linked in the Dashboard above the current reports. Clicking the name of the report should open it in a new tab.

Preview of Job Description

See preview next to the Job Description so the user will know what it will look like on the app.

Allow user to edit email sent to Contact person on Submit

Allow the user to make changes in the email before sending it to the contact person for the role.

When Interview setup icon is clicked, allow user to select date/time on calendar and send invites

When state is being changed from Submitted to Interview Setup, in the comments box, add a calendar link. User can select a date and time in addition to adding comments. Then send a calendar invite with the comments to the candidate and the End Client contact.

Add a button to the comments box for Interview Setup

User should be allowed to create multiple Interviews without changing state to Hired.

Send notification email to Assigned User on the date a job is expiring

Send notification email to the Assigned User on the date a job is expiring to make sure that they won’t miss it.

Field for attaching documents.

This will give option to the user to attached documents in the End client card and Contact person card.

Change the name for outgoing emails to the logged in user’s name.

Change the name for outgoing emails to the logged in user’s name. This is only for the messages sent to candidates/contact persons. Not for notification messages.

Notification to assigned users needs to include job title, candidate name and when scheduled

Notifications (including the attached calendar invite) need to include candidate names, job title and other job information. This information needs to be in the email as well as in the calendar invite.

Include the web report link in the notification email sent when a candidate completes an interview

In the notification email sent when a candidate completes an interview, include the link to the web report for the interview so it will be easier to access the interview and test results of the candidate.

Add candidate state changes to Candidate Comments

If a user changes state for a candidate (e.g. Interviewed to Approved, or Approved to Submitted, etc.) then automatically add it as a Comment in the comments box.

Allow Rejection for Added candidates (not taken the Interview)

This is to allow user to change state of an Added Candidate to Rejected even if the candidate did not take the interview.

Communication hub – include time zone in time stamps

For the timestamps for messages/calls/comments in the Communication hub for candidates and clients:

1. Ideally, display time in the timezone of the user. (so 4:30PM ET, 1:30PM PT, etc.)

In Job Details page, when End Client is added (+ button) automatically fill the field with the End Client name

When user clicks Save End Client, it will automatically fill the End Client field with the name of the client just created.
Same for Contact – auto-select the Contact who is created.

Like we do with emails and phone numbers, get social media accounts of a candidate from the resume if they have included it.

Under the Start Interview button (even before it displays) show the following message:
“Appliqant is testing your network and system configuration. The Start Interview button will display above this message when the test is successful.”

On the Interview page, allow user to copy the Subjective questions.

Copy pasting phone numbers into End Client/Contact/Candidates fields

Copy pasting phone numbers into End Client/Contact/Candidates fields. Phone numbers can have additional characters – allow users to paste full numbers with the chars and fix in the backend.

Optimize candidate search

Optimize candidate search – both backend and front-end (pagination). This is to help the users do candidate searches in a more optimized and easier way.

Deletion of Posted Jobs

Do not allow any deletion of a job if there is a candidate assigned to it.
